What we collect

When you purchase a Deliverable, you provide information directly relevant to that Deliverable through custom fields at Gumroad checkout — for example, a website URL, business description, or in some cases pasted contract text or financial details. Gumroad also provides us your email address and order information as the payment processor.

How we use it

The information you submit is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your Deliverable, and is stored in our order records so we can resend a Deliverable, investigate an issue, or process a refund if needed. We do not use your submitted information for marketing, and we do not sell your information to third parties.

Third parties who process your data

• Gumroad — payment processing and checkout
• Anthropic — generates your Deliverable from the information you submit
• Resend — delivers your Deliverable by email
• Supabase — stores order records, including your submitted inputs and the generated output, for our internal records

Sensitive submissions

Some services (notably Contract Review Pack) involve submitting text that may itself be confidential to you or a third party (e.g. contract language). This content is processed the same way as any other input — sent to Claude to generate your Deliverable, and retained in our order records. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share, and contact us if you need a submission deleted from our records after delivery.

Data retention

We retain order records, including submitted inputs and generated outputs, for a limited period for support, refund, and quality-assurance purposes, after which they may be deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request its deletion, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
