Refund Policy
Non-delivery
If you do not receive your Deliverable within 24 hours of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund on request. Contact us with your order number.
Quality issues
If a Deliverable is clearly not responsive to the information you provided (for example, an SEO Audit that does not reference the website you submitted, or a Financial Model that ignores your stated assumptions), contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will either regenerate the Deliverable correctly or issue a refund, at our discretion.
Change of mind
Because each Deliverable is generated specifically from the information you provide at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind once a Deliverable has been successfully generated and delivered, except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
How to request a refund
Email us with your Gumroad order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
