1. What we sell
The Agency provides AI-generated business deliverables (each, a "Deliverable") purchased individually through our Gumroad storefront. Each Deliverable is generated based on the information you provide at checkout.
2. Nature of the service
Deliverables are produced using artificial intelligence based on the inputs you submit. They are informational and strategic starting points intended to save you time and provide a professional-quality first draft — they are not a substitute for professional advice in regulated fields (see Section 3).
3. Not professional advice
Deliverables in the following categories are explicitly not legal, financial, security, or employment advice, and do not create any professional-client relationship: Financial Model, App Security Scan, Contract Review Pack, HR Policy & Handbook Pack. Each of these includes its own disclaimer; you are responsible for having qualified professionals review anything before relying on it for a real decision, signature, or deployment.
4. Accuracy of inputs
Deliverable quality and accuracy depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit at checkout. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading inputs.
5. Delivery
Deliverables are generated and emailed automatically, typically within a few minutes of purchase. If you do not receive your Deliverable within 24 hours, contact us and we will investigate and resolve it.

7. Intellectual property
Once delivered, you own the specific Deliverable generated for you and may use it for your business purposes. We retain no exclusivity claim over generated content, but the underlying prompts, systems, and methodology remain our property.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Agency's total liability for any claim arising from a Deliverable is limited to the amount you paid for that Deliverable. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of a Deliverable.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
